Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for domestic (US) orders:
- Standard Shipping — estimated 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — estimated 2–3 business days
For international orders, we ship to select countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–21 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
Multiple Shipments
Since our products are sourced from multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
